This year, Glacier Hills will award two $1,000 scholarships to eligible high school seniors who demonstrate community service and academic achievement. In the years we’ve been awarding these scholarships, we’ve been humbled and amazed by the stories of service and commitment that we’ve heard from the candidates.
If you, or a high school senior in your life, would like to apply, the candidate must be a member of Glacier Hills Credit Union before March 1, 2024, and submissions must be received before March 1, 2024. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Every tax season we see scams that try to collect your personal data or even steal your refund. Thousands of people have lost millions of dollars and their personal information to these fraudsters in recent years, so we encourage you to stay alert. Scammers generally impersonate the IRS or state revenue departments using postal mail, telephone or email to target individuals with communications that look and sound very authentic.
REMEMBER: The IRS and state revenue departments do not initiate contact with taxpayers by telephone, email, text messages or social media channels to request personal or financial information. Learn how to recognize the telltale signs of a scam and make sure you know how to tell if it’s really the IRS calling or knocking on your door.
How to stay safe: Be suspicious of anyone claiming to be from the IRS or your state tax revenue agency. Do not provide any personal or financial information and contact us or the agency in question directly if you think you’ve been a target.
