We’re thrilled to share an update on our upcoming Jackson branch! The dry fall weather has allowed our crews to make great progress. The building is really taking shape, and soon the exterior will be fully enclosed so work can begin on the interior finishes. Although we can’t set an exact opening date yet, we’re aiming for a January 2025 opening.
You might have noticed some new faces at our West Bend and Hartford locations recently. That’s because we’re training staff in preparation for the new branch. Jackson will feature a fantastic blend of familiar, experienced employees and enthusiastic new team members, all ready to serve you.
In addition to our welcoming staff, the Jackson branch will offer a modern teller pod layout, similar to what you’ve seen at our Hartford and Fond du Lac locations. We’re also excited to provide convenient services like self-service coin machines and video teller ATMs, available both in the lobby and at the drive-up.

Lexi isn’t just a local entrepreneur—she’s also an athlete on the US Snowboard Racing Team, with big dreams of competing in the 2026 Olympic Games. She created Alpine Soap Company to help fund her snowboarding career, with 100% of the proceeds going toward her athletic journey.
This grant, made possible through our partnership with FHLBank Chicago, will allow Lexi to purchase new equipment to expand her soap-making business. As her production grows, so will her ability to support both her small business and her athletic dreams.

- Spam Texts: Be cautious of text messages from unknown numbers offering deals or asking for personal information. Legitimate companies won’t request sensitive details this way. Stay vigilant, trust your instincts and remember: If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t.
- Robocalls: If you receive a call claiming you’ve won a prize or need to provide payment information, it’s likely a scam. Don’t give out personal details over the phone, especially to unsolicited callers.
